Hello all,
Well I know it's been a almost a week since I have wrote. Let me tell you it's been a very busy week. Lets start with Tuesday week had to go somewhere and I did not get to exercise, then Wednesday my daughter had church and I did not exercise either, well then came Thursday and we went out too and no exercise either. Where we went had sugar cookies and that little voice kept telling me to have one, so guess what I had three shame on me. then Friday we went to my daughters school for a Halloween party and they had all kinds of food, I was good until the last and had to have a cupcake. I can't believe I did, but I did. It's that little voice I can't stop listening too. I did not exercise on Saturday either. I can't believe I did, but I did. It's that little voice I can't stop listening too. I did weight on Saturday and have lost a total of 13 lbs. In three weeks. I did stack wood on Sunday and walked on the treadmill. I did not eat any Halloween candy. :O) that's a plus.
Well I am starting another week and I walked 20 minutes this morning before I eat breakfast and hope to walk tonight before dinner. I feel a lot better too. I can put on my rings that were to tight on me for a long time. That made me happy. I'm hoping that I can get back on track. I hope that I lose that stupid little voice before Thanksgiving and Christmas because if not I am in a lot of trouble.

Hello all, Hope everyone is having a good day, I am. It is trying to rain here and is a little cold. Had to carry firs wood in before it started raining. That is a good exercise. Might have to start a fire before to long.
I have been doing very good on my new eating habits, NO chocolate, NO breads, No sweets, for over 5 weeks. :O) I have been walking at least 5 days a week, more if I can. It's getting easier to not think about all the bad foods, and the voice that kept telling me to eat them has almost gone away. (no I am not crazy) but them voices was tell me to eat all the fating foods.
Watching Dr. Oz every day is helping a lot he has good advise and is always talking about woman and weight loss. Thanks Dr. Oz. I was reading this other lady's blogs she is on a diet too. She gave a good hint about salad dressing. She said to not put it on your salad but to put it on your fork then grab a bit of salad and you don't use to much salad dressing. Thanks good idea. Well it's been fun. Thanks again to all my friends and family that is supporting me, you are helping me too. Love you all
